Daniel M. Santarsiero has been representing those members of the community harmed by others for over eighteen years. During that time he has successfully handled cases involving automobile collisions, defective products, negligently maintained properties, medical malpractice and workplace accidents. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 2004, a designation reserved for only a small percentage of those attorneys assisting personal injury claimants. Attorneys are designated by the Supreme Court as "certified attorneys" only when they are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge and skill in a specific area of law or practice; have passed a rigorous examination; and have been recognized by their peers as having sufficient skills and reputation in their designated specialty. Mr. Santarsiero has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over his career.

He is a trustee for the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and previously served as a court appointed arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and is also a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Monmouth Bar Association.
